Order on nuns' bail plea today; Argument that charges of human trafficking and conversion do not exist

Order on the bail plea of the Malayali nuns, who have been in jail in Chhattisgarh for nine days on charges of religious conversion and human trafficking, will be issued today. The Bilaspur NIA court today issued its order on the nuns' bail plea.
The prosecution did not completely refute the arguments raised for bail. The government opposed the bail plea only technically. The prosecutor had also informed the court that the investigation into the case was in the initial stage. Senior advocate Amrito Das, appearing for the nuns, argued that the charges of human trafficking and conversion do not exist.
The young woman was a religious convert at the age of five. There are complete documents for taking her to work. Therefore, advocate Amrito Das informed that the charge against her is baseless. After the argument was completed, the case was transferred for verdict.
